Excellent caring staff who have looked after my mother for many years. Now, as her illness has progressed to the stage where she is unable to speak or move, many have become true friends. They used to spend hours talking with her as her illness progressed, and now they talk to her about the things they know she likes. Support has been adapted as her needs changed, and we feel very confident she is receiving the best possible attention.
