There are several funding support options that maybe available to you, which could be social care funding or funding support via the NHS Continuing healthcare. Every individual is different but Everyone is entitled to a FREE care needs assessment to determine the level of support you or your loved one may require. This will be followed by a means test which is a financial assessment which looks at what you or your loved one can afford.
